~stale cigarettes & lost hope~
I spent roughly 30 hours in Vegas for a work trip, which wasn’t a lot of time to get lost 😛 But we did explore a little bit, enjoyed some delicious food, and even squoze in a Cirque du Soleil show!
We stayed at Caesar’s Palace, and since this was my first time in Vegas, I discovered that smoking is legal inside casinos. Yuck. The smell of stale cigarettes combined with flashing lights, and discordant game music attack your senses with every step. Overwhelming you in an almost delightful way, and yet… not. Vegas just felt like lost hope to me. I gambled for the first time, aaand lost $10-$20 in less than a minute. Never again xD
EXPLORE VEGAS WITH KIKI

| FOOD | EXPLORE | CIRQUE DU SOLEIL |
|---|---|---|
| Nobu features high-end Japanese cuisine from chef Nobu Matsuhisa. I loved the vague interior design (even tho the floating “jelly fish” look more like falling cushions xD) and the service was truly incredible. The food was delightful, but the cose felt ~20% higher than deserved. | From Italy to France to China – Vegas truly has a little bit of everywhere (Vegas-sized Eiffle Tower included!) Of all the countries I’ve visited, H&M Vegas was easily the bougiest, featuring a live DJ! | “O” by Cirque du Soleil is easily one of the best shows I have ever seen. An immersive display of artistic excellence; combining music, gymnastics, and even contortionists – with a vague story that guides you through the magic ❤ |
